Our client is seeking to recruit focused, creative, and results-driven candidate to the position of Web Development & Digital Content Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, and maintaining the company's website to enhance online presence and customer engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:


•       Create, edit, and publish engaging content (images, videos, blogs, reels) across social media and digital platforms.


•       In collaboration with the marketing department, create visual assets such as landing pages, websites, advertisements, brochures, flyers and catalogues;


•       Consolidate all approved content and upload into the sites within the existing designs or change the web design to incorporate new content and initiatives


•       Manage social media accounts including posting, responding to messages, and monitoring reviews.


•       Collaborate with influencers and run promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness.


•       Maintain, update and customize company designs, websites, blogs, and online updates to ensure accuracy, user-friendliness that the sites realize the target objectives.


•       Apply SEO strategies and monitor analytics to improve website traffic and engagement and the designs to ensure


•       Support e-commerce integration including online ordering systems and payment platforms.


•       Work with other teams in developing and managing other interphases such as relevant apps, social media handles and any other relevant linkages.


•       Monitor digital trends and leverage them to create interactive and viral campaigns.


•       Work with cross-functional teams to plan events, promotions, and online campaigns.


•       Prepare regular performance reports for digital platforms and websites.

Qualifications:


•       Degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.


• years' experience in web development and/or social media content creation.


•       Certificate in digital marketing or related skills will be an added advantage.


•       Proficiency in WordPress/Wix, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.


•       Strong skills in photography, video editing, and graphic design.


•       Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite & Google Analytics.


•       Knowledge of SEO, e-commerce systems, and digital menu management.


•       Excellent communication and copywriting skills.


•       Flexible to support weekend and evening events when required.
