Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Design eye-catching social media graphics and ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
  • Create assets for email marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics.
  • Work on website and landing page design elements to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Assist in the creation of various marketing materials, such as banners, brochures, and other collateral.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply them to design strategies.
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing social media posts, ad creatives, and other digital design work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with website and landing page design, with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Experience designing for Meta and Google ad platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Display Network.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of branding and design consistency.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Bonus Points
  • Experience with web design platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or web development basics.
