Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visuals for both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate business needs into compelling visual content while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and innovative visuals for print and digital platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
  • Design, update, and maintain company websites and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and responsive implementation of designs.
  • Optimize graphics and layouts for usability and performance.
  • Liaise with marketing, sales, product, and other departments to understand design needs and project requirements.
  • Provide creative input and design recommendations during team meetings.
  • Translate departmental needs into visual concepts and user-friendly designs.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, web technologies, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) or similar design tools.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.
  • High level of creativity and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
  • Familiarity with SEO and web performance optimization techniques.
