Our client, a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executives to join their growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring product visibility through effective telesales strategies. Previous experience in a telesales environment is a must
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
• Provide accurate product information and handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets while maintaining high call quality standards.
• Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback for reporting purposes.
RequirementsRequirements:
• Must have a Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy
• 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Previous experience in a telesales environment is a must
