Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in the Parklands/Highridge ward. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting and promoting Wananchi's products and services, and managing client relationships. The role involves achieving sales targets through proactive lead generation, closing deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The representative will also track market trends and provide feedback for service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic reports
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
  • Team-oriented mindset and goal-driven work ethic
  • Previous experience in telecommunications or home entertainment sales is a plus
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
