Job Overview

We are looking for a
Sales Representative
who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, pitch products and services, and upsell memberships while maintaining high-quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to retain and attract new customers.
  • Be available on the phones for
    82% of the shift
    .
  • Deliver
    three rebuttals
    to demonstrate the value of the Membership program.
  • Maintain call control and accurate interpretation during conversations.
  • Pitch sales for services and products effectively.
  • Handle approximately
    4 calls per hour
    (around 40 calls per day).
  • Overcome objections and close sales.
  • Upsell products and memberships.
  • Understand and utilize order systems, phone systems, and promotional offers.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong call control and interpretation skills.
  • Ability to pitch and sell services and products confidently.
  • Proven experience handling high call volumes and meeting targets.
  • Skilled in overcoming objections and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with order systems and phone systems.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
