Job Purpose:  As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales of our HR consulting services through outbound calls. HR solutions to prospects, tailoring your approach to meet their specific requirements. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Stay up -to -date with industry trends and our service offerings to position our effectively solutions in the market. RequirementsProven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Self -motivated, goal -oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to handle objections and remain resilient in challenging situations. Diploma or a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field
