Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Finance and Accounting. The Director will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The Director will also provide comprehensive financial analysis to support decision-making processes and ensure the company's financial health is optimized. Further responsibilities include developing and monitoring budgets, advising on investments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Financial Planning and Finance
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Proven leadership and managerial experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
