About the Role

We are looking for a highly responsible, detail-oriented, and professional Visa Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end visa application processes, provide accurate guidance to applicants, and ensure that all submitted documentation complies with the requirements of relevant embassies and consulates.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide comprehensive assistance to applicants throughout the visa application process


• Review, verify, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents


• Advise applicants on embassy procedures, interview preparation, timelines, and application expectations


• Stay fully informed of current visa regulations, requirements, and procedural updates


• Respond to applicant inquiries through email, phone, and in-person consultations


• Handle all applicant information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism


• Maintain organized and up-to-date records, logs, and reports for all applications processed

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)


• Prior experience in visa processing, travel services, immigration support, or customer service


• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify document inconsistencies


• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines


• Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and an applicant-focused approach
