We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and customer-focused Communication and Marketing Officer to support our growing communication, marketing, and client engagement portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

· Draft, proofread, and send professional emails, confirmations, and joining instructions.

· Respond to inquiries across email, WhatsApp, phone, and social media platforms.

· Coordinate information flow between departments to support client and training needs.

· Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional responses.

· Manage client databases and follow up on requests, concerns, and feedback.

· Coordinate client logistics including hotel bookings, airport transfers, visa support, and local tours.

· Follow up after trainings to maintain strong relationships and gather feedback.

· Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and generate leads.

· Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all communication and marketing platforms.

· Coordinate communication on training schedules, venues, materials, and virtual sessions.

· Assist in logistics planning for both in-person and online training programs to ensure smooth delivery.

· Support identification of new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

· Maintain organized records of outreach activities and contribute to relationship-building efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

· Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

· 3–5 years of relevant experience in communication, marketing, or client relations, ideally within a training, consulting, or service-oriented organization.

Key Competencies

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

· Excellent business development and marketing skills

· Experience with CRM systems and email automation tools is an added advantage.

· Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
