Role Overview:

As a Project Management Intern, you will be integral in supporting and refining our project workflows using Azure Boards. Collaborating with our dynamic team, you will help track tasks, manage sprints, and coordinate across projects to boost efficiency and transparency in our operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools while contributing meaningfully to our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in project tracking and task management with Azure Boards, monitoring sprints and timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.

Support task prioritization and clear communication within Azure Boards to maintain accountability.

Help optimize workflows and automate processes to increase operational efficiency.

Prepare project reports and analyze performance metrics.

Contribute to implementing best practices in project management.

Candidate Profile:

Basic knowledge of Azure Boards and foundational project management methodologies.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and enthusiasm for working with advanced technologies.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Proactive communicator capable of independent work and team collaboration.

Interest in IT and project management domains.

Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities.

Desired Qualifications:

Prior experience with Azure Boards or other Microsoft project management software is a plus.

Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or similar frameworks.

Experience or interest in a startup environment and fast-paced settings.

Basic understanding of IT staffing or recruitment processes is beneficial.
