  • Analyses user behavior, conversion rates, and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Track key product KPIs and provide insights to enhance usability, adoption, and retention.

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to inform product development.

  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve product features.

  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to assess user journeys and recommend enhancements.

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Develop dashboards and reports to present insights in an accessible and actionable format.

  • Present findings to key stakeholders, translating data insights into strategic recommendations.

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align product strategy with business objectives.

  • Leverage machine learning and predictive modelling techniques to anticipate user needs and product trends.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,, or a related field.

  • Strong ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights.

  • Experience with SQL, Google Analytics, Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

  • Knowledge of experimental design and statistical analysis.

  • Ability to identify bottlenecks and suggest data-driven solutions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Methodical approach to data analysis and product evaluation.

  • Passion for understanding customer needs and improving user experience.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
