The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Associate
who will lead our digital marketing, social media, and brand communication efforts. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience who is excited by the challenge of working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.

·      Manage social media calendars and maintain brand consistency.

·      Support sales with brochures, presentations, and collateral.

·      Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

·      Collaborate with leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable marketing.

What We're Looking For:

·      2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital, or brand roles.

·      Strong grasp of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.

·      Proficiency with Canva and/or creative tools.

·      Self-starter with excellent communication skills.

·      Bonus: exposure to hospitality, design, or consumer brands.
