Digital Marketer & Graphic Design Executive

Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketer & Graphic Design Executive who can take ownership of the full marketing lifecycle — from strategy development through to execution and delivery. This role requires both strategic marketing expertise and hands-on creative ability, with a strong focus on generating business development leads and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, blending creativity with measurable impact.

    Office-based, Nairobi, View Park Towers
  • Working Hours:
    Australia Timezone —
    4:00 AM to 12:00 PM EAT
    (aligned with 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AWST).
  • Compensation:
    50,000 KES Gross Per month plus transportation covered one way

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Campaigns
  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies from concept to delivery.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, content marketing, SEO).
  • Align marketing activity with business development goals to drive qualified leads.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure campaigns support pipeline growth and client acquisition.

  • Design & Creative Content

  • Create engaging marketing assets including graphics, infographics, animations, and presentations.
  • Edit and produce video content for campaigns, social media, and podcasts.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.

  • Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns to attract and convert prospects.
  • Support the creation of sales materials, proposals, and pitch decks.

  • Use data insights to optimize campaigns for conversion and ROI.

  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics across digital channels.
  • Report on lead generation, sales pipeline impact, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years' proven experience
    in digital marketing with a sales/lead generation focus.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
    .
  • Experience with
    Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW
    , or other design platforms.
  • Skilled in
    video editing, podcast editing, and motion graphics
    .
  • Experience in
    lead generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
    .
  • Strong commercial mindset — able to connect creative campaigns with business outcomes.

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Webflow).
  • Strong copywriting skills for campaigns and sales collateral.
  • Previous experience in a role blending marketing with business development.
