Our client, an SME based in Nairobi is looking to recruit a HR Officer to provide strategic leadership and direction for the Human Resources function across all its business lines spanning Liquor distribution, Safaricom Business and Pharma consultancy. The role focuses on aligning HR strategies with the organization's business objectives, driving talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and fostering a strong organizational culture. The Head of HR will play a critical role in promoting operational excellence and ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.
Job Description
Our client, in the Construction industry, with main operations in Nairobi, is looking to recruit a Finance Officer who will be in charge of all financial functions of the company.

Qualifications

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance Accounting or Business Management and CPA – K
  • At least 4 years in a financial management position in a busy commercial or related environment.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Officer on a similar role
  • Commercial/Business awareness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Superior analytical and technical skills; problem solving driving by data/metrics.
  • High integrity and keen to details.
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and make key decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and organizational skills.
  • Should have initiative and ability to work as part of a team.
