Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trade Finance Officer located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Trade Finance Officer will be responsible for handling letters of credit, executing trade operations, managing trading activities, and ensuring compliance with UCP 600. The role involves evaluating financial documents, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth trade transactions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in handling Letters of Credit
  • Expertise in Finance and Trade Operations
  • Skills in Trading and familiarity with UCP 600
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
