Job Description –
Accountant

Responsibilities

  • Support the
    month-end close process
    for both cash- and accrual-basis clients (QuickBooks Online).
  • Maintain
    schedules in Google Sheets
    to support account balances.
  • Post
    general and adjusting journal entries
    .
  • Prepare
    draft reporting packets
    in Fathom.
  • Assist with
    client onboarding
    (migrate to new chart of accounts, set up month-end schedules in project management software, etc.).

Required Attitudes & Attributes

Required Experience & Skills
