Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality web design and development services. Day-to-day tasks include regular client communications, project management, coordination with the design and development teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strategizing project timelines, and delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Project Management and Coordination
  • Problem-Solving and Strategic Planning skills
  • Experience with web design and development processes
  • Understanding of SEO, e-commerce, and CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
