Role Description
5 year of experience as an Accounting Manager or similar roles. it requires strong accounting expertise across a multi-entity structure operating under U.S. GAAP
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Experience with accounting tools and spreadsheets to manage reconciliations and reporting.
- Experience managing a team (preferred) - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP, IFRS). -
- Financial reporting expertise (monthly, quarterly, annual statements) - Analytical and problem-solving skills and detail-oriented. Responsibilities:
- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain accounting records across multiple entities, including clinics, property entities, and medical operations.
- Manage both cash basis and accrual basis financials.
- Conduct monthly and annual closes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare financial reports and support documentation for potential future audits, sales processes, or due diligence.
- Handle inter company transactions and ensure proper clearing between entities.
- Prevent cross-entity miscoding and ensure clean, organised financial data.
