As the community grows, we're looking for a Community Manager who is passionate, creative, and purpose-driven : a woman ready to take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and ensure continuous engagement and growth across all platforms.

What You'll Do:
~As the Community Manager, you'll be the heart of our community, ensuring that women stay connected, inspired, and empowered. Your role will include:

~Managing and engaging the community across WhatsApp groups and social media platforms.

~Developing and executing monthly content and engagement plans.

~Coordinating community events, webinars, and empowerment sessions.

~Supporting membership registration and onboarding of new members.

~Curating inspiring content ie stories, quotes, reels, and highlights.

~Tracking engagement and preparing monthly community reports.

~Representing The Excellent Woman of Valor in activities, partnerships, and collaborations.

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:
~Passionate about women's empowerment and personal growth.

~Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).

~A creative thinker with leadership and communication skills.

~Reliable, proactive, and self-driven with great time management.

~Fun, relatable, and empathetic toward women from all walks of life.

~Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (remote + physical events ).
