Business Process Analyst – Job Advert

Due Process Consulting is a management consulting firm in Nairobi, specializing in the provision of business process management consulting services to organizations drawn from diverse industry sectors. We assist organizations to identify, prioritize, document, analyze and improve/re-engineer their key business processes and overall achieve operational excellence.

We are currently looking for a suitably qualified and experienced business process analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Research on and help create new business process management products and services

Ø Write concise and well-researched articles, white papers, and other relevant literature on diverse business process management topics

Ø Assist in the development of quality marketing proposals and general business development activities

Ø Prepare and deliver effective presentations on diverse business process management topics to clients and prospects

Ø Efficiently handle the following tasks on business process improvement projects:

o  Process discovery, mapping and analysis

o  Facilitation of process improvement workshops

o  Synthesis and presentation of sound process improvement recommendations

o  Writing and presentation of various types of reports and business requirements

o  Design of efficient and effective future state [to-be] business processes

o  Process improvements implementation planning

o  Writing of policies and procedures manuals, work instructions, and other job aids

o  Design and delivery of quality business process training materials

o  Supporting clients in the implementation of process improvements, change management, and monitoring and control.

Qualifications

Ø Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Ø Recognized professional certification[s] in business process management and/or Lean Six Sigma

Ø 2
+
years of practical working experience as a business process analyst in a professional environment

Ø Well-versed in Business Process Model and Notation [BPMN]

Ø Proficient in the use of widely used process mapping software

Ø Certification and experience in project and change management are added advantages.

Skills

Ø Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills

Ø Good research, business writing, and presentation skills

Ø Strong interviewing and workshop facilitation skills

Ø 
Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Ø Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Ø Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Ø Good relationship management skills.
