Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Process Analyst based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for examining current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The role includes preparing documentation, conducting presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting project implementation to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management
  • Strong Business Analysis and Business Process knowledge
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate workflows and propose solutions
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience with process modeling tools or methodologies is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
