to represent us locally — someone with
presence

credibility

make things happen.
This is not an office-based administrative role. This is
a field-forward, relationship-driven consulting engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as
    IFS' local face and voice
    within Kenya
  • Visit and evaluate
    client sites
    , facilities, and operations environments in Nairobi and across Kenya
  • Build relationships with
    vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and OEM partners
  • Join
    client meetings, stakeholder engagements, and tender processes
  • Assist with
    talent sourcing and operational readiness set-up
  • Produce
    insightful, decision-ready reports
    for management

You Are the Right One If You…

  • Are
    currently practicing
    in Facility Management, Property/Estates, or Technical/Engineering Maintenance
  • Have
    5+ years
    progressive experience in FM/Engineering Maintenance in Kenya
  • Understand
    how procurement, contractors, security, utilities, and compliance work
    in Kenya
  • Communicate confidently with
    management, technicians, and suppliers alike
  • Speak
    English and Kiswahili
  • Have a valid driving licence
