Theideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, withextensive experience in construction projects, particularly in road, building,and structural works. Excellent communication skills and the ability to workeffectively with relevant authorities and teams are essential.DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:· Ensure the quality of materials usedin construction projects.· Conduct site inspections to verifycompliance with quality and safety standards.· Collaborate with senior engineers todevelop and implement quality control plans.· Communicate effectively with clients,consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering.• License: Certified and registered engineer with EBK • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in construction projects,specifically in:· Public road construction· Government Building construction.· Structural works.• Language Skills: Proficient in English.• Computer Skills:· Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel,Word, PowerPoint).· Familiarity with quality controlsoftware and tools. • AdditionalRequirements: Ability to integrate well into the organization and maintainsmooth internal and external communication.Key Skills and Competencies:· Strong analytical and problem -solvingskills.· Experience with quality managementsystems and standards.· Ability to work under pressure andmeet deadlines.Interestedand qualified applicants should submit their applications through the linkbelow. Note:Only shortlisted applicants will becontacted.Q -SOURCING SERVTEC IS AN EQUALOPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
