About The Job
We are searching for a professional to collaborate closely with our executive team. From day one, the person will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

What You Will Do

  • Should be well connected with those reporting into a leader and others across the organization to influence outcomes.
  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.
  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
  • Ensure projects adhere to the Project budgets.
  • Contribute to the proposals to seed new projects.
  • Contributes to organization wide initiatives – Process, New projects, R&D projects.
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish and maintain highly professional communication with team members by understanding needs, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
  • Lead standardization activities across the programs and support global standardization initiatives and projects.
  • Coaches and motivate teams to find ways to improve efficiency through facilitation of discussion, decision making, and retrospective learnings.

Who Are You

  • Be a Single Point of Contact for the MD's Office for Forums and Executive Leadership Team involvement in key organizational meetings basis need.
  • Coordination of projects or initiatives directly involving the Leadership and his direct reports
  • Overseeing large, often cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives.
  • Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions.
  • Own and execute projects which involve data analysis, discussions with business leaders or external stakeholders, negotiating with vendors etc.
  • Creating systems and processes to streamline operations.
  • Creating & updating dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators.
  • Ideate and coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives. Track and measure the effectiveness of the programs being driven.
  • Accountability for pending items and their follow-up to the conclusion.
  • Documentation of meetings & action items, ensuring follow-up discussions & closures.
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness in existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with ELT and executives on special projects.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, managing inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
  • Present ideas for special projects that might facilitate the Founder's or leadership's objectives.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business administration or similar field
  • 7+ years in a business or executive management role
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • An expert level user in MS Suite
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data analysis
  • Experience with budget management
  • Proven success in a project coordination role
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions.
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
