Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Agent, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, discussing their financial needs, and offering appropriate products and services from ICEA LION Group. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, delivering presentations, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the agent will maintain accurate records of sales activities and work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge in Finance and Sales
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
