We are conducting customer discovery for a new logistics SaaS platform in Nairobi and need an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist to source leads and schedule interviews with:

Courier companies

SMEs who use delivery services

E-commerce sellers

Logistics managers

Responsibilities:

Map the courier market in Kenya (big players, regional, niche).

Conduct interviews with SMEs and courier companies.

Identify major pain points and buying behaviors for deliveries.

Validate demand for a courier-aggregation platform.

Analyze pricing models across courier companies.

Estimate TAM/SAM/SOM + adoption potential.

Provide competitive landscape benchmarking.

Deliver a full insights report + recommendations.

Build targeted lead lists (couriers, SMEs, e-commerce sellers).

Run email + LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

Book interviews with decision-makers.

Maintain CRM tracking.

Requirements:

Background in logistics, transport, e-commerce, or supply chain research.

Experience with B2B interviews, industry analysis, and report writing.

Ability to design survey scripts and conduct structured interviews.

Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Experience in B2B lead generation (bonus: logistics or SaaS).

Strong LinkedIn and email prospecting skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Engagement: 4-6 week contract
