Position Summary
We are seeking a
Lead Generation Specialist
to drive our business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales in the technology sector, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and qualify potential clients through online research, databases, social media, and networking.
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns across multiple digital channels (email, LinkedIn, CRM tools, etc.).
- Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and social platforms to introduce company services and qualify interest.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-up to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead targeting and messaging strategies.
- Use CRM tools to track engagement, measure performance, and generate reports on lead generation effectiveness.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing (preferably in the IT or technology industry).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and networking skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and technology services is an advantage.
