Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including managing benefits administration, maintaining HR Management systems, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The individual will also be responsible for supporting HR operations, administering HR policies and procedures, and maintaining employee records in HRIS.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Proficiency in Benefits Administration and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
