Role Overview
As part of the
Talent Experience & Operations Team
, you'll serve as the heartbeat of our Remote Talent Hub—blending the empathy of a coach with the structure of an operations professional. Your role is to ensure every Talent placed in global remote roles is supported, engaged, and set up for success. From onboarding and daily supervision to culture-building and performance tracking, you'll create an environment where young professionals thrive and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Development
- Deliver onboarding sessions, soft skills workshops, and career readiness training focused on remote work excellence.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and group mentoring to guide goal setting, performance, and wellbeing.
- Recommend personalized learning pathways and upskilling opportunities aligned with career goals.
- Lead peer-learning activities and community events that strengthen engagement and team connection.
Daily Operations & Supervision
- Oversee daily attendance, punctuality, and workspace readiness across multiple remote teams.
- Facilitate morning check-ins, energizers, and end-of-day wrap-ups to maintain momentum and morale.
- Coordinate logistics for interviews, training sessions, and employer interactions (room bookings, tech setup, transport).
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and escalate performance concerns where necessary.
Culture & Communication
- Promote psychological safety, professional communication, and inclusive collaboration.
- Build a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Talent concerns and coaching moments.
- Partner with global employers and internal teams to ensure seamless operational alignment.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in talent development, people operations, coaching, or team supervision—preferably in remote or multicultural environments.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations, coach young professionals, and maintain structured processes in a fast-paced setting.
