As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving user growth by onboarding clients, building relationships with SMEs and institutions, and promoting Fagi Errands as the go-to platform for reliable errand solutions. This is a field and client-facing role suited for a self-driven communicator with strong sales instincts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell Fagi Errands services to individuals, SMEs, and institutions across Nairobi Metropolitan.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, visits, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Onboard new clients onto the Fagi Errands app and provide basic training on how to use the platform.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with the operations team to relay customer feedback and improve service offerings.
  • Achieve set sales targets and report daily/weekly sales activities to management.
  • Represent the Fagi Errands brand professionally in all interactions.
