Role Description
Our company is seeking highly motivated and result driven B2B Outbound Tele sales Agents to join our team. This role involves selling to businesses, building lasting client relationships, and constantly meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to key decision makers.
- Track and manage client pipeline through the sales cycle.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Support and Sales
- Ability to effectively participate in Training sessions
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a B2B sales role is a plus
- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field preferred
