Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Agent located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and securing sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and offering insurance products and services that meet clients' needs. Additionally, the agent will build and maintain relationships with clients, and work to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

NOTE: Purely commission based opportunity not to limit one's earnings ability.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Insurance Sales and Sales
  • Experience in Customer Service or Bancassurance
  • Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus
  • Holder of Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is added advantage
