Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive / Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with educational institutions, and managing a portfolio of existing partnerships. Key tasks include conducting market research, developing strategic plans, negotiating business agreements, and achieving recruitment goals. The role also includes monitoring market trends and identifying growth opportunities to expand the organization's footprint in new and existing regions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
• Experience in Higher Education sector of at least 2 years
• Experience in Market Research, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Building
• Excellent skills in Communication, Presentation, and Networking
• Goal-oriented mindset with proven experience achieving sales or recruitment targets
• Ability to work independently within a remote environment
• Familiarity with the education sector and cross-cultural understanding is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field desirable
