Overarching all the services is the Africa Sales Community where we bring salespeople together, offering them a platform to network and share experiences.


Yusudi was launched in 2016 and to date, we have worked with 500+ companies and engaged with thousands of professionals looking to build their sales careers. We are excited about sales and have a profound belief that selling should be an exciting, positive and fulfilling experience for both parties.

Job Purpose

Your mission is to support the Yusudi team in ensuring processes are excellent and enabling smooth accounting and system use.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Asset Management - Responsible for ensuring all company assets records are properly maintained and assets are maintained in good condition

  2. Systems & Data Management -

  3. Audits - Responsible for coordinating company audits

  4. Financials - Responsible for ensuring all statutory returns and payments are accurate and submitted before deadlines, ensuring all financial reports are updated and shared with the relevant teams/team members as agreed from time to time

Ensure the business is operating within the most viable cost parameters while ensuring compliance and sustainability

Ensure ALL payments; suppliers, employees, trainees, reimbursements, statutory and other varied payments are paid promptly as per the deadline.

Ensure invoice follow-ups are done to achieve a maximum of 20% debt carried forward month on month.

KPIs of the role:

  1. Employee customer service score of 8/10

  2. Team OKR performance above 80%

  3. 80% of invoices paid within the first month

  4. Client satisfaction rate of 8/10

  5. Zero error in invoicing to clients

  6. System issues resolved within 24 hours.

  7. Dashboard updated weekly with all key metrics

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or similar qualifications

  • Professional certification - CPA(K) or member of a professional body

  • Previous experience in a similar role with at least 3 years experience

  • Must have an interest in training their direct reports

  • Must be a person of integrity and has had no cases reported or otherwise that puts their integrity to question
