Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and enhancing customer service. Daily tasks will include communicating with clients, analyzing market trends, supporting sales initiatives, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Market Research and understanding market trends
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service
- Ability to develop and implement effective Marketing Strategies
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the technology sector is a plus
