Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Supervisor located in Nairobi. The Security Supervisor will oversee daily security operations, including managing security staff, ensuring physical security, and maintaining compliance with safety protocols. Additional duties include conducting routine inspections, liaising with clients, and responding to security incidents effectively. The role also entails preparing reports and coordinating with other departments to ensure a secure environment.

  • Physical Security expertise
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in security operations management
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
