Care360 is seeking a
hands-on, mid-level HR professional
to support our fast-growing operations across Nairobi, Mombasa, Eldoret and Nakuru.

This role is ideal for someone who is strong in
HR administration, recruitment, employee relations and HR operations
— NOT a senior strategist — but someone reliable, organised and ready to run efficient HR processes every single day.

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations across branches
  • Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding & probation follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate staff records, leave, attendance & timesheets
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance
  • Support managers with employee relations & disciplinary processes
  • Prepare HR reports, contracts, and documentation
  • Support implementation of performance check-ins & HR systems

  • Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws

  • Degree or Diploma in HR Management / Business Administration

  • 3–5 years of solid HR experience
  • CHRP is an added advantage
  • Strong administrator with excellent organisation skills
  • Experience in service industries (healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, call centers) is preferred
  • Confident communicator who can support teams across multiple branches
