Role Purpose

As a High School Success Manager, you will be the face of Craydel in high schools across Africa. Your role is to sign up new schools, build deep relationships with principals and career counsellors, activate them using Craydel's playbook, and ensure they consistently deliver student enrolments, while delivering best in class student experience for these schools.

You'll be part business developer, part relationship manager, and part ops enforcer. Most importantly, you'll be changing lives by giving students, parents, and schools across Africa access to world-class study abroad opportunities.

This role is based in Kenya but will require travel across key African markets

Core Responsibilities

1. High School Acquisition (BD)

2. Prospect and sign up high schools across Kenya and other African markets.

3. Build strong trust-based relationships with principals, school owners, and career counsellors.

4. Negotiate school partnerships and sign partnerships with clear activity commitments.

5. School Activation & Engagement (Ops)

6. Deliver the Craydel School Activation Playbook: Pitch the Craydel Proposition to schools -> secure & deliver career talks & collect leads -> handover to university counselling ops team and ensure leads get attended to and concerted to enrolments.

7. Organize student/parent events, university fairs, and counsellor trainings in partner schools.

8. Ensure schools move quickly from signed → active → producing enrolments.

9. Student & Parent Engagement

10. Onboard students into the Craydel system (profiles, AI shortlists, applications).

11. Organise student & parent sessions focussing on various aspects of study abroad guidance & applications.

12. Drive student and parent referrals inside each school network.

13. Relationship Management

14. Be the primary Craydel contact for your schools.

15. Support school counsellors to use Craydel high school platform (training, onboarding & usage)

16. Provide schools with regular performance reports (applications, offers, visas, enrolments).

17. Data & Reporting

18. Maintain CRM discipline: log all school interactions and track funnel performance.

19. Share weekly updates with the Head of Schools.
20. Identify risks (low-engagement schools, poor visa outcomes) early and act on them.

KPIs & Success Metrics

• New Schools Signed
• Ensuring a high Relationship Score with partner Schools
• Active Schools: Ensure ≥70% of signed schools producing enrolments.
• Events: ≥2 high-quality events per term per school.
• Platform Usage: ≥80% students and teachers active monthly.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Background

• 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales, partnership management and business development.
• B2B Experience in EdTech, Insurance, Banking, Telco, or Startups preferred.
• Track record in both new business development and account management.
• Strong experience traveling and managing relationships across multiple regions.

Skills

• Persuasive communicator — confident with principals, high school Counsellors, students and parents.
• Event execution — able to run fairs, workshops, and parent nights.
• Operational discipline — follows playbooks and drives measurable outcomes.
