About the Role
We are looking for a
Junior Recruiter
to join our team in Nairobi. You will support the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing client communication. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about HR who wants to grow their career in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening:
Find and pre-screen candidates using various platforms. - Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. - Client Support:
Assist in preparing candidate shortlists and ensuring they meet client needs. - Database Management:
Maintain and update candidate data in our system. - Reporting:
Help create basic recruitment reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable engaging with people and building rapport.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new tools.
