Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Distribution Center Manager located in Eldoret. The Distribution Center Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient inventory management, coordinate shipping and receiving processes, and manage staff productivity. Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and distribution processes
  • Skills in inventory control, warehouse management, and order fulfillment
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and workplace safety standards
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and operational optimization
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience with logistics software and warehouse management systems is beneficial
