Role Description

The Tour Consultant will be responsible for planning and coordinating tours, assisting clients with travel arrangements, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include providing tailored travel consultations, booking reservations, and designing itineraries to meet specific client needs. The consultant will also address travel inquiries and resolve any client concerns promptly. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and skills in Travel Consulting
• Ability to work collaboratively and build lasting client relationships
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is a plus
