Hiring: Diploma Quantity Surveyor (Full-Time, Ruai) – Jumba Engineering

We're seeking a Diploma QS to assist with BoQs, estimating, tendering, valuations, and cost controls.

Offer (Beyond Base KSh 20k-30k):

  • 3–6 month performance-based probation with clear KPIs (quotations ready ≥4 days pre-deadline).
  • Annual performance bonus.
  • Commissions:
    1%-
    5%
    on business-development wins;
    20%
    share of verified cost savings beyond target (paid on receipts, while employed).
  • House allowance
    post-probation.
  • Airtime, per diems for site visits, OT/TOIL.
  • Post probation training support,
    BORAQS/IQSK
    fees.
