Social Media Marketing Intern

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our agency team, specializing in promoting tours and travel experiences across multiple client accounts. This role offers hands-on experience in the travel industry while developing essential digital marketing skills in an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation & Curation

Develop engaging visual and written content for tours and travel clients, including destination highlights, travel tips, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content that captures the excitement of travel experiences.

  1. Platform Management & Scheduling

Manage weekly posting schedules across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms for multiple travel clients, ensuring consistent brand voice and optimal posting times for maximum engagement.

  1. Travel Industry Research & Trend Analysis

Monitor travel trends, seasonal destinations, and competitor activities to inform content strategies and identify emerging opportunities in the tours and travel market.

  1. Community Engagement & Customer Interaction

Respond to comments, direct messages, and reviews across client accounts, providing helpful travel information and maintaining positive brand relationships with potential travelers.

  1. Campaign Support & Analytics

Assist in executing social media campaigns for travel packages, seasonal promotions, and destination launches while tracking key metrics like engagement rates, reach, and conversion data.

  1. Multi-Client Account Coordination

Support account managers by maintaining content calendars, client communication logs, and project timelines for multiple travel clients simultaneously in our agency workflow.

  1. User-Generated Content Management

Identify, curate, and coordinate user-generated content from travelers and encourage authentic travel storytelling to build social proof for client destinations.
