Glowmark Digital is seeking a
German-speaking Social Media Recruiter
to join our team. This role involves managing global recruitment campaigns through social media, engaging candidates, and ensuring smooth lead transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute targeted social media recruiting campaigns in specific countries
  • Pre-qualify potential candidates and collect required documents
  • Transfer qualified leads to the HR team for placement
  • Work within a structured shift-based model with an international team

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German & English
    (written and spoken) – mandatory
  • Experience in
    social media recruiting, HR, or digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to work remotely in
    shift-based schedules
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
