Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Specialist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, developing digital marketing strategies, and engaging with the online community. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring social media trends, analyzing engagement data, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve brand consistency and growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of major social platforms and content formats.
  • Proven experience in content creation, community management, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered social media tools and analytics software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to brand voice.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
