As the Kenya Country Representative for VideoPro Africa, you are the face of the brand in Kenya. Your role is to own local execution, taking jobs passed down from HQ, managing producers, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high-quality relationships with clients on the ground. You'll meet clients, scout locations, recruit producers, and ensure projects hit deadlines and expectations. You'll also build the brand locally, helping VideoPro Africa become the go-to production partner for companies filming in Kenya.

Qualifications

  • Have 3+ years in film production, creative project management, or community leadership
  • Know the local media ecosystem and have access to trusted crew and talent
  • Are great with people, from clients to camera operator
  • Can juggle multiple projects and stay calm under pressure
  • Understand filming requirements and logistics in Kenya
  • Believe in African storytelling and love helping others succeed

Responsibilities

  • You will execute projects and manage clients
  • You will coordinate local producers and help build local teams.
  • You will promote our brand locally and participate in marketing activities
  • You will process permits, logistics and provide filming support
  • You will provide marketing insights to help us improve presence in the country
