Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for a full-time remote position. The CHRO will oversee all aspects of human resources, including HR strategy development, employee relations, implementing HR policies, talent acquisition, and performance management initiatives. This leadership role will involve aligning HR practices with organizational goals, supporting employees' professional growth, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive experience in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR policy development
  • Strong background in Employee Relations with expertise in conflict resolution and promoting a positive workplace culture
  • Proven track record in Talent Management and Performance Management, including recruiting, retention, and employee development
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Strategic thinking abilities and experience in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in HR is preferred
