The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced
Project Manager
with a proven track record in
wholesale and core banking implementations
. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise with
Temenos
solutions, strong delivery management skills, and a consultant-oriented background to lead large-scale transformation projects from initiation to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of
    Temenos-based core banking implementation projects
    within wholesale banking environments.
  • Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive
    project plans
    , ensuring timely delivery within scope, quality, and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with
    cross-functional teams
    including business stakeholders, technical leads, vendors, and consultants.
  • Manage
    project governance
    , steering committees, and client-facing progress reporting.
  • Oversee
    requirement gathering
    , gap analysis, and solution design in alignment with business needs.
  • Drive
    risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes
    throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure seamless
    integration
    with existing systems, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adoption of best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior project members and act as a subject matter expert for core banking transformation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years
    of overall IT experience with
    10+ years
    in project management roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in
    wholesale banking
    processes, products, and operations.
  • Strong Temenos expertise
    (T24 or Transact) in implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
  • Solid background in
    consultancy engagement
    , preferably with top-tier consulting or system integration firms.
  • Proven record of managing
    projects
    in core banking transformation.
  • Excellent
    stakeholder management
    and
    vendor coordination
    skills.
  • Strong understanding of
    banking regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
    .
  • Proficiency in
    project management methodologies
    (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile
    certification.
  • Experience in
    multi-country banking rollouts
    .
  • Familiarity with
    digital banking channels
    and integrations.
