Job Summary

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic quarterly marketing plans to drive consultation bookings and improve patient retention.
  • Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns, ensuring consistent growth in engagement and reach.
  • Lead marketing initiatives for key services such as PRP, Botox, and weight loss programs to increase appointment bookings and brand awareness.
  • Strengthen the clinic's brand positioning as a leader in cosmetic and wellness services through targeted campaigns and improved online reputation.
  • Regularly analyze marketing performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns aligned with predefined KPIs (e.g., increased patient inquiries, engagement rates).
  • Mentor and manage a small team of junior marketers, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with clinic objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content across platforms (social media, blogs, videos, etc.) to engage audiences and generate new patient inquiries.
  • Ensure the clinic's website remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Actively manage the clinic's online reputation by responding to patient feedback and encouraging positive reviews.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the clinic's reach and strengthen its market position.

  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media management.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to design and execute impactful campaigns.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or luxury industries.
  • A strong track record of success in brand building, patient acquisition, and revenue growth.
